Orders & Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All available options will be shown at checkout.
Please note, at this time we do not offer PayPal or instalment payments.
Are my payment details secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through trusted, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store full credit card details on our servers, and your information is handled in line with strict security and privacy standards.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll do our best to assist before your order is packed and dispatched. After this point, changes may not be possible.
Are taxes included in the final price?
All our prices include GST. If you wish to claim a tax refund for your purchase, you may request a tax invoice for your online purchase by contact us.
Can I use a gift card or store credit?
If you have a Velara gift card, you can enter the code at checkout. The available balance will be applied to your order total, and any remaining amount can be paid via your chosen payment method.
Store credit is not accepted for online purchases. Please contact us if you wish to place an order using store credit and our team will gladly process the order for you.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
Velara currently ships to Australia only. For destinations outside these areas, please contact us and we will advise if delivery is possible.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Standard delivery within Australia starts from $14. Any applicable shipping options and costs will be clearly shown before you complete your order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Orders over $150 to metro areas in Australia qualify for free standard shipping. If your order meets this threshold, the free shipping option will appear automatically at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Regional and remote areas may require additional time.
How can I track my order status?
Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to amend the details before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.
Can I ship to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?
Orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, Parcel Lockers or any other postal service associated with Australia Post.
Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?
Delivery options vary by carrier and location. In most cases, the driver will either leave the parcel in a safe place (Authority to Leave) or leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
You may return or exchange Velara products purchased online, in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy requirements, within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:
- All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. All merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
- Made To Order, Special Order and selected items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Bulky items or items with non-standard dimensions, may require special return instructions. If you would like to return one of these items, please contact us.
- Items purchased at an other retailer or distributor cannot be returned to Velara. These items may only be returned to the store of the original purchase.

Exchanges
We are happy to facilitate exchanges for online purchases. You can make an exchange by contacting us. Returned merchandise must meet the conditions and guidelines listed in the Return & Refund Policy in order to be accepted for an exchange. Please note exchanges are subject to merchandise availability.
The exchange window for online purchases is 30 days from the date of delivery.
How can I return a product?
We hope you like all the products, but if you wish you can make a return using the following steps:
- Contact us and provide your order number, email address and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once the return has been submitted, our team will confirm whether the items are eligible for return and a confirmation will be emailed with instructions on how to prepare your return.
- Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.
- Once received in the warehouse, returns will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days and credited back to the original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Please note it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to be available in your account and that any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
International Purchases Returns and Exchanges
It is not possible to return or request a refund for international purchases.
Are delivery charges refundable?
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Can I exchange or return an item gifted to me by someone else?
Gift items purchased from Velara may be returned or exchanged. However, refunds may only be issued to the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
