Light to carry. Solid when it matters.
This block is designed for the way you actually move: firm enough to stabilise standing balances, feather-light in a tote, and soft to the touch when you settle into longer holds. It's the quiet support that makes every pose feel more accessible, more aligned and more comfortable.
Feather-light support, thoughtfully refined.
Steady confidence
High density foam keeps its shape under pressure, offering reassuring stability in standing poses, balances and gentle weight-bearing work.
Light on the go
Feather-light in the hand and in your bag, it moves effortlessly between home, studio and travel without feeling like extra luggage.
Comfort in every hold
A soft, matte surface feels smooth yet secure under palms, feet or spine, so you can settle into each pose without slipping or fidgeting.

“I've tried softer foam blocks before and they always felt unstable. This one feels solid but still gentle under my hands.
Questions, answered.
Is a high density foam block still comfortable?
Yes. The high density foam is designed to keep you stable, with a slight give and rounded edges to stay comfortable under your hands, feet or back - even in longer, supported poses.
How does it compare to a cork block?
A cork block, like the Velara Cork Block, feels firmer and slightly heavier, with a very grounded, tactile surface. This foam block is noticeably lighter and has a softer contact point, while still offering stable support - ideal if you move between home and studio or prefer a gentler feel.
Will this block lose its shape over time?
The recycled high density foam is engineered to resist squashing, denting and crumbling with regular use. Used as directed, it maintains its structure and support for years.
Is this block suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Blocks are one of the simplest ways to make poses more accessible and more comfortable. This design is suitable for complete beginners through to experienced practitioners and teachers.
Do I need one block or a pair?
You can do a lot with a single block, especially in standing and seated poses. Many practitioners eventually choose two blocks for symmetrical support in backbends, bridge variations and more advanced work.
How much weight can it support?
The block comfortably supports typical yoga use, including full bodyweight through your hands or feet in standing poses, as well as seated and lying support. It's not designed to be used as a step or stool.
What does 'up to 75% recycled content' actually mean?
The foam is produced using a blend that includes up to 75% recycled material, reducing waste by giving existing foam a second life. The remaining content is added to meet our standards for stability, lightness and durability in everyday practice.
