The fill is intentionally firm and evenly packed to provide stable, structural support. It is designed to hold weight without collapsing, making it ideal for restorative and yin poses.
Will it soften or lose shape over time?
The tightly packed cotton fill has been chosen to hold its shape with regular use. Like any natural fibre, it may relax slightly as it settles, but it is not designed to slump or develop flat spots. In studios, rotating bolsters in storage helps them wear in evenly.
Is the cover fully removable and machine washable?
Yes. The organic cotton twill cover unzips fully and can be removed for washing.

What is inside the bolster?
The inner is filled with 100% cotton. It is packed to an even density along the full length of the bolster so the support feels consistent, whether it's under the back, legs or along the side body. There are no added synthetic fibres or loose grain fills.
